Cabin Crew Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a certified cabin crew member involves an intensive 6-week training course. Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work within the EU, and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Minimum height requirement between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality is advantageous.
Adaptability and willingness to work a shift-based roster.
