Simulator Instructor Manager - Flight Training Standardization

The Opportunity:
As a key member of the Global Flight Training Standardization Team (GFTS), the Simulator Instructor Manager plays a vital role in upholding the highest standards of training and safety. This multifaceted position involves:
- Leading a team of dedicated simulator-flight instructors, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of top-tier training programs.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of simulator operation and training strategies that adhere to rigorous company standards, as well as civil and military aviation regulations.
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of both pilots and instructors undergoing training, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry best practices and ensuring all training materials are current and reflect the latest advancements.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment that prioritizes employee development, motivation, and adherence to company policies.
This is a full-time, onsite position located at the Boeing Crawley campus. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite 5 days a week.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a simulator instructor, specifically with transport category airplanes.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a team lead or management role.
- EASA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) rating or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
