About the Role:
As a First Officer, the individual will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to facilitate career advancement. The successful candidate will contribute to creating unforgettable travel experiences for TUI fly Belgium's passengers.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
- A valid B737 type rating and a completed line check.
- A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- A valid EU passport.
- Fluency in English (ELP 5 minimum); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of the following steps:
- CV screening.
- Online technical questionnaire.
- HR interview & simulator assessment @ CAE Steenokkerzeel.
- Online psychological testing.
