Qualifications and Requirements:
The successful candidate for the First Officer position will possess the following:
- An unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
- If a valid B787 type rating is not currently held, it is mandatory to possess another valid jet type rating with a completed line check and a minimum of 500 jet flight hours OR 100 sectors.
- A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- Legal right to live and work in [Country] without restriction.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and meet all regulatory conditions for flight crew clearance within the EU, aligning with aviation security requirements. (Note: This may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU).
- Fluent in English with a minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.

Selection Process:
The selection process for the First Officer role involves the following steps:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) screening by the hiring manager.
- Completion of an Online Psychometric Assessment.
- Participation in an Assessment Centre held at HQ Rijswijk.
- Successful completion of a Simulator Assessment at CAE Schiphol.
- Final Psychological Assessment, including alcohol and drug testing.
