Flight Crew Member
As a Flight Crew Member, the primary responsibility involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights, contributing significantly to upholding the highest standards of safety and service. The role is fundamental in maintaining the company’s esteemed reputation through professional, diligent, and mindful conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates actively in flight briefings, ensuring comprehensive awareness of all flight specifics.
- Assists in achieving optimal on-time performance for all flights.
- Addresses any problems or concerns raised during operations, taking necessary actions in consultation with the Captain.
- Manages in-flight safety and security issues, adhering strictly to relevant procedures in agreement with the Captain.
- Serves as a dedicated ambassador for the company, promoting its core values.
- Fosters effective teamwork and provides assistance to colleagues as required.
- Undertakes other duties relevant to achieving the company’s operational objectives within the scope of competency.
Profile Requirements:

- Demonstrates strict compliance with all applicable local and national legislation, alongside health and safety standards.
- Adheres fully to Company policies, values, and the auditor’s code of ethics.
- Reports any identified hazards, non-compliances, and potential risks affecting customers, employees, or the company to the relevant hierarchy.
- Exhibits a positive, open, and cooperative attitude to facilitate strong working relationships across all parties, while maintaining a critical and analytical mindset.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds a valid EASA CPL or ATPL licence.
- Possesses a valid type rating with a current IR rating.
- Accumulated a minimum of 1500 flight hours on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, or B787 aircraft types.
- Accrued at least 2000 flight hours on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons.
- Achieved ELP level 5 or higher.
- Must hold the legal right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Possesses all necessary certificates, including health-related documentation, required for entry into the territories served by the airline.
