Flight Crew Member
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights, contributing to the highest standards of safety and service. The role is essential in upholding the company's reputation through careful, professional, and mindful conduct.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in flight briefings, demonstrating a comprehensive awareness of all flight specifics.
- Contributes to maintaining the highest on-time performance.
- Addresses any problems or concerns, taking necessary actions in consultation with the Captain.
- Manages safety and security issues during flight, adhering to relevant procedures and in accordance with the Captain's guidance.
- Serves as an ambassador for the company, promoting its values.
- Ensures efficient teamwork, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Performs other duties relevant to the achievement of the company's objectives within their competencies.
Profile Requirements:
- Complies with all local, national legislation, and health & safety standards.
- Adheres to Company policies, values, and the auditor's code of ethics.
- Reports any hazards, non-compliances, and risks to the appropriate hierarchy, whether pertaining to customers, employees, or the company.
- Demonstrates a positive, open, and cooperative attitude to facilitate good working relationships with all parties, while maintaining a critical and analytical mindset.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds a valid EASA CPL or ATPL.
- Possesses a valid type rating with a valid IR rating.
- Has acquired a minimum of 1500 hours on B737/B747/B757/B767 or B777/787 aircraft.
- Has acquired a minimum of 2000 hours on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons.
- Demonstrates English Language Proficiency (ELP) at level 5 or higher.
- Has the legal right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Holds all certificates, including health-related certifications, necessary to enter territories served by the company.
