Flight Crew Member
The Flight Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights, thereby contributing to the highest standards of safety and service. The individual in this role is essential in upholding the company's reputation through careful, professional, and mindful conduct.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in flight briefings and maintains a comprehensive awareness of all flight specifics.
- Assists in ensuring optimal on-time performance.
- Addresses any problems or concerns and takes necessary actions in consultation with the Captain.
- Manages safety and security matters during flight, adhering to relevant procedures in collaboration with the Captain.
- Represents the company as an ambassador, promoting its core values.
- Ensures effective teamwork and provides support to colleagues as needed.
- Performs other duties relevant to the achievement of the company's objectives within the scope of their competencies.
Profile Requirements:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following self-behaviors:

- Reporting any hazards, non-compliances, and risks to the appropriate authorities, whether related to customers, employees, or the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid EASA CPL or ATPL.
- Must possess a valid type rating with a current IR rating.
- Minimum of 1500 hours of flight experience on B737/B747/B757/B767 or B777/787 aircraft is required.
- Minimum of 2000 hours of flight experience on aircraft with a MTOW of more than 44 tons is required.
- Must possess an ELP level 5 or better.
- Must have the right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Must hold all certificates, including health-related certifications, necessary to enter the territories served by the company.
Please note that all ratings must be currently present or previously endorsed on the applicant's EASA license.
