Position Purpose
The Flight Crew Member is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights. This role is essential to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence through professional and mindful conduct.
Core Responsibilities

Actively participate in pre-flight briefings to ensure complete awareness of flight specifics.

Contribute to the achievement of maximum on-time performance.

Resolve operational concerns in consultation with the captain.

Manage flight safety and security matters in accordance with established procedures.

Represent the company as an ambassador, consistently promoting its corporate values.

Foster an environment of efficient teamwork and mutual support.

Execute additional duties aligned with company objectives as required.
Candidate Requirements

Valid EASA CPL or ATPL.

Valid type rating and Instrument Rating (IR).

Minimum of 1,500 flight hours on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, or B787 aircraft.

Minimum of 2,000 flight hours on aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 44 tons.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.

Legal right to work and reside in Belgium.

Possession of all necessary health and professional certificates required to access the territories served by Air Belgium.
Note: All required ratings must be currently held or previously endorsed on an EASA license.
