TUI Airline is seeking a dedicated First Officer to join a modern, innovative, and safety-focused flight crew. Key Responsibilities

As a First Officer, the successful candidate will assume significant flight responsibilities and engage in active mentoring to facilitate professional career advancement. Pilots will operate within a motivated and dynamic team environment dedicated to delivering high-quality, unforgettable travel experiences.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Valid B737 type rating with completed base training.
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel (valid for at least 6 months from training start date).
  • Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands without restrictions.
  • Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Ability to report to Schiphol airport within 60 minutes for standby duties.
  • Flexibility regarding roster patterns (note: no fixed patterns or commuting contracts are offered).
