Role Summary

As a Completion Pilot within the Logistics Department, the successful candidate will manage the availability of spare parts and coordinate actions to secure high-risk and critical components. This role involves balancing parts and modules based on criticality to ensure efficient engine completion within designated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory and identify/mitigate completion risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to administrative and quality protocols before parts are allocated to engines.
• Prioritize the processing of parts, modules, and engines.
• Maintain high data accuracy within IT systems to ensure projects are completed within allotted timeframes.
• Coordinate daily with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Engineering, and Accounts, to monitor project progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum CESS / A2 (higher education degree).
• Experience: Previous professional experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential.
• Professional Knowledge: Understanding of industrial production planning.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independent work ethic, adaptability, and excellent team spirit.
• Language Skills: Good command of English and French; ability to manage tasks in Dutch.
• Legal Authorization: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work/residence permit for Belgium. Visa or permit application assistance is not provided.
