Role Summary

As a Completion Pilot within the Logistics Department, the successful candidate will manage the availability of spare parts and coordinate actions to secure high-risk and critical components. This role involves balancing parts and modules based on criticality to ensure efficient engine completion within designated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage spare parts inventory and identify/mitigate completion risks.
Ensure strict adherence to administrative and quality protocols before parts are allocated to engines.
Prioritize the processing of parts, modules, and engines.
Maintain high data accuracy within IT systems to ensure projects are completed within allotted timeframes.
Coordinate daily with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Engineering, and Accounts, to monitor project progress.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum CESS / A2 (higher education degree).
Experience: Previous professional experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential.
Professional Knowledge: Understanding of industrial production planning.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independent work ethic, adaptability, and excellent team spirit.
Language Skills: Good command of English and French; ability to manage tasks in Dutch.
Legal Authorization: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work/residence permit for Belgium. Visa or permit application assistance is not provided.
