Air Belgium Pilot Recruitment
Air Belgium seeks highly experienced pilots to join its team. Candidates must meet the following stringent requirements:
- Flight Experience: A minimum of 2000 total flight hours is required, including 1500 hours on type. This experience must be accrued on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons, with the 1500 hours on type specifically encompassing the Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, or 787 aircraft.
- Licenses and Certifications: Applicants must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), along with a current Class 1 medical certificate. An ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5 is mandatory.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Candidates must demonstrate full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international health and safety regulations. Possession of all necessary certificates, including those pertaining to health, required for entry into all territories served by Air Belgium is essential.
- Residency Requirement: Applicants must reside within a 150-kilometer radius of Air Belgium's headquarters in Mont-Saint-Guibert.
