Air Belgium: Seeking Qualified Aviation Professionals
Air Belgium is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced aviation professionals to join its dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is for a role within our esteemed flight operations department, contributing to our commitment to excellence in air travel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 2000 hours total flight time, with at least 1500 hours accumulated on the specific aircraft type.
- Aircraft Type Experience: Of the total flight time, 2000 hours must have been acquired on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons. A minimum of 1500 hours must be on B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, or B787 aircraft.
- Type Rating: A current and valid type rating for the specific aircraft is required.
- License: Applicants must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by EASA.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher is essential.
- Compliance & Documentation: Candidates must fully comply with all relevant local and national legislations, as well as health and safety standards. Possession of all necessary certificates, including health-related documentation required for entry into territories served by Air Belgium, is essential.
- Residency: Applicants are required to reside within a 150km radius of Air Belgium's Headquarters in Mont-Saint-Guibert, ensuring proximity to an operational airport.
