Purpose of the Position:
As a Flight Crew Member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers to their destinations. Your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional flying experience for every passenger while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. As an ambassador of the company, your conduct will contribute directly to building and maintaining our stellar reputation.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in flight briefings and maintain a thorough understanding of all flight-specific details.
- Ensure efficient and timely boarding procedures are followed in accordance with company standards, maximizing on-time performance.
- Deliver clear and professional announcements in the appropriate languages as required.
- Effectively address any concerns or problems reported by the Senior Cabin Crew or other Cabin Crew Members, collaborating with the Captain to determine and implement necessary actions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any safety or security-related issues during flight, adhering to established procedures and coordinating with the Captain.
- Embody the values and principles of our company, consistently demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by readily assisting colleagues when needed.
- Perform other relevant duties within your competencies that contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Profile Requirements:

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possess a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Hold a valid type rating with a current Instrument Rating (IR).
- Have accrued a minimum of 1500 flight hours on the Boeing 737/747/757/767 or 777/787.
- Have accumulated at least 2000 flight hours on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 44 tons.
- Demonstrate English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 5 or higher.
- Possess the legal right to work and reside in Belgium.
- Maintain all necessary certifications, including health-related documents, required for entry into territories served by the airline.
