Boeing B747 First Officer - Air Belgium
Air Belgium is actively recruiting experienced First Officers with a current Boeing type rating to join their dedicated flight crew operating the Boeing B747 fleet. This full-time, permanent position is based in Brussels, Belgium, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing airline.

Key Details
- Position: Full-time, permanent
- Base: Brussels (BRU), Belgium. While commuting pilots are considered, all commuting costs must be borne by the individual, as ID-90 tickets are not currently offered.
- Type Rating: Candidates must be type-rated on the Boeing 747 or hold a current type rating on another Boeing aircraft (737/757/767/777/787).
- Type Rating Costs: Covered by Air Belgium, subject to a bonding agreement.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Actively participates in flight briefings, ensuring full awareness of all flight specifics.
- Contributes to achieving the highest on-time performance standards.
- Addresses problems or concerns raised, taking necessary actions in consultation with the Captain.
- Manages safety and security issues during flight, adhering to relevant procedures in agreement with the Captain.
- Acts as a professional ambassador for the company, upholding its core values.
- Ensures efficient teamwork and provides assistance to colleagues as required.
- Performs other duties relevant to achieving the company's objectives, commensurate with qualifications and competencies.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Possesses a valid EASA CPL or ATPL.
- Holds a valid type rating with a current Instrument Rating (IR).
- Minimum of 1500 flight hours on Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, or 787 aircraft.
- Minimum of 2000 flight hours on aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 44 tons.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.
- Possesses the legal right to live and work in Belgium.
- Holds all required certificates, including health-related certifications, necessary for entry into territories served by Air Belgium.
Please note that all specified ratings must be current or previously endorsed on the candidate's EASA license.
