Aviation professionals are invited to apply for the position of Captain with TAG Aviation, based in Portland, Oregon, USA, within our Flight Operations (Asia) division. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Gulfstream 650 aircraft, while providing exceptional service to our clientele.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven commitment to safety and professionalism. Essential qualifications include a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and a preference for extensive experience operating Gulfstream 650 aircraft. Candidates with Gulfstream experience will also be considered. A Class One Medical certificate is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5000 hours of total flight time, 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in jet aircraft, and 100 hours in type.
This position demands outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, as the Captain will collaborate closely with clients and team members. The ability to perform pre-flight checks, communicate effectively with air traffic control, maintain accurate flight records, and adhere to all safety regulations is crucial. Furthermore, the Captain must demonstrate resilience under pressure and maintain flexibility in their schedule to accommodate 24/7 operations.
