Minimum Desired Skills and Experience (Pilot in Command)
To qualify as a STAJets Pilot Candidate, applicants must possess the following mandatory credentials and flight time:
General Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) (Multi-Engine Land).
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Ability to operate from a nominated Home Base.
Pilot in Command (PIC) Minimum Flight Time
- 4,000 hours total pilot time.
- 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 3,000 hours total multi-engine flight time.
- 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) in type.
Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits
Salary
The competitive salary range for the Pilot in Command (PIC) position is $160,000 – $195,000 USD annually.
