Gulfstream G550 Captain

Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and dedicated full-time G550 Captain to be based at Teterboro Airport (KTEB) in Teterboro, New Jersey. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, striving for excellence in all aspects of their performance while contributing to a hardworking team. They will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of clients, upholding Solairus' core values of safety, service, and integrity. This position requires the ability to work on an on-call basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe and compliant operation of the Gulfstream G550 aircraft.
Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual.
Assess weather conditions and facilities at all relevant airports, including alternates.
Adhere to all Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Ensure the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
Complete all required trip documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

Total flight time: 3000 hours.
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours.
Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours.
Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours.
Turbojet time: 500 hours.
Instrument time: 250 hours.

Specific Qualifications/Certifications:

Type rated on the Gulfstream G550 or comparable aircraft.
Possession of a valid First Class Medical certificate.
Ability to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KTEB or a willingness to relocate.

Additional Information:

Solairus Aviation provides a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $500,000, based on experience, location, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training, and the assigned account.
