This position requires a minimum total flight time of 3500 hours, with at least 1500 hours in Multi-Engine Land (MEL) aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience, including 500 hours of PIC time in Multi-Engine Land aircraft.
The incumbent will ensure all crewing and trip assignments adhere to company policies and regulatory standards. They will be responsible for completing all necessary flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance assessments for each assigned flight. This individual will also lead required briefings, utilizing the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to proactively identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
