Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Gulfstream G550 Captain to join its operations at KAFW airport in Fort Worth, TX. About the Role

• The Captain will ensure the safe and prudent operation of the Gulfstream G550, adhering strictly to Solairus Aviation policies, Federal Aviation Regulations, and established procedures.
• Responsibilities include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, performing pre-flight inspections as per the Aircraft Flight Manual, assessing weather and route conditions, and verifying the suitability of destination and alternate airports.
• Ensuring the paramount safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew is a primary duty.
• Accurate completion of all required trip documentation is essential.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time.
• At least 1,500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Accumulated 1,500 hours of Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time.
• Possession of 500 hours of MEL PIC time.
• A minimum of 500 hours in a turbojet aircraft.
• A minimum of 250 hours of instrument flight time.
• Must hold a type rating on the Gulfstream G550 or a comparable aircraft.
• A current first-class medical certificate is mandatory.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Must complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KAFW or demonstrate willingness to relocate.
