Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

The Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the G450 aircraft. This includes conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner, encompassing tasks such as:

• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
• Performing a proper pre-flight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Conducting a complete check of weather and facilities along the planned route, including alternate airports.
• Ensuring flights are conducted in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately completing all required trip paperwork according to current procedures.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess the following minimum flight hour experience:

• Total time: 3000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Time in Turbojet: 500 hours
• Instrument: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications/Certifications:

Required qualifications and certifications include:

• Type rating on G450 or a comparable aircraft.
• Possession of a current First Class Medical certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Commitment to completing annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KBCT or willingness to relocate.

Solairus collects salary range information based on market conditions from multiple industry sources. Compensation for Solairus crewmembers ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, based on factors including geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
