Global 6500 Captain - Opa Locka, FL

Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Global 6500 Captain to be based at the KOPF airport in Opa Locka, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who consistently strives for excellence. Responsibilities:

The Captain will be responsible for the safe operation of the Global 6500 aircraft and will conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and procedures. Specific responsibilities include:

• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
• Performing a thorough pre-flight inspection as outlined in the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Ensuring a complete assessment of weather and facilities along the route, including alternate airports.
• Conducting flights in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Accurately completing all required trip paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Total flight time: 3000 hours.
• Pilot-in-command (PIC) time: 1500 hours.
• Multi-engine land (MEL) time: 1500 hours.
• MEL PIC time: 500 hours.
• Turbojet time: 500 hours.
• Instrument time: 250 hours.
• Type rating on Global 6500 or comparable aircraft.
• First-class medical certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Completion of annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KOPF or willingness to relocate.

Compensation:

Salaries range from $50,000 to $500,000 annually, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, equipment type, job duties, training, and account assignment.
