Overview
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated, full-time Flight Attendant to join an operation based at KSJC. This role is responsible for providing exceptional, around-the-clock personal service to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers. The ideal candidate is a flexible, service-oriented team player with strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide superior client service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Conduct preflight briefings and ensure all cabin, galley, and flight deck supplies are stocked for the trip.

Manage passenger safety, including explaining safety equipment, securing the cabin per federal regulations, and assisting during emergencies or turbulence.

Administer first aid, including CPR and AED usage, as necessary.

Perform high-quality food preparation and beverage service, including sourcing requested items for flights.

Maintain aircraft cleanliness, including the cabin, galley, and lavatories throughout and after each leg.

Operate all cabin management, audio-video, and galley systems.

Complete all required preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Demonstrated culinary skills and specific culinary training; advanced training is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and current First Aid Training Certification.

Annual recurrent training is required; preference for candidates with FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the last 12 months.

Technologically savvy with the ability to operate cabin management systems and mobile devices.

Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to work a demanding, changing schedule, including late nights and short-notice standby (2-3 hour response).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide and capacity to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

College degree, foreign language fluency, and experience with small children are preferred.
Physical Requirements

Vision:
Correctable to 20/20 or better.

Physical Strength:
Must be able to push/pull the main cabin door (up to 130 lbs) and lift supplies (25-30 lbs) repeatedly.

Mobility:
Able to stand for up to 14 hours; capable of kneeling, stooping, and maneuvering in tight aircraft confinements.

Communication:
Clear speech and adequate hearing for effective communication with flight crew and passengers.
