About the Role
Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time King Air 350 Captain to join an operation based at Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) in Monterey, California. The successful candidate will be a dedicated professional committed to upholding the company's high standards of safety, service, and integrity while meeting the travel needs of clients.
Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe operation of the King Air 350 aircraft.

Conduct flights prudently and safely, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.

Review aircraft maintenance status.

Perform thorough pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Assess weather conditions and facility availability along the planned route, including alternates.

Ensure all flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Maintain the safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.

Accurately complete all required trip documentation.
Qualifications

Total flight time: 2500 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1000 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 500 hours

Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours

Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours

Instrument flight time: 200 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications

Type rating on the King Air 350 or comparable aircraft.

Valid First Class Medical Certificate.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Completion of annual ICAO International Procedures training.

Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KMRY, or willingness to relocate.
