Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective in all flight activities.

Operate aircraft in strict accordance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.

Execute all assigned duties in full compliance with company policies and operational manuals.

Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and accurate flight plan preparation.

Deliver superior customer service to all passengers.

Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational readiness to ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Adhere to all company uniform and professional appearance standards.

Perform additional duties as directed by company leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
Contour Airlines offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and dedication:

Annual Salary:
Starting at $118,000.00, with performance-based increases up to $147,365.83.

Additional Overrides:
$15,000.00 for Check Pilot, $10,000.00 for AR/GUS, and $7,500.00 for in-base assignments.

Incentives:
Pay incentives provided for additional trips worked or assigned.

Comprehensive Benefits:

Retirement:
401(k) savings plan with a company match of up to 6%.

Leave and Vacation:
Paid sick leave (up to 56 hours annually, rolling up to 480 hours) and vested vacation hours beginning January 1st following the hire date.

Travel Privileges:
Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges on Contour Airlines upon hire, with access to MyID Travel after six months of service.
