This role offers a competitive salary range of $210,000.00 - $230,000.00 annually and involves a rotation schedule with approximately 350-450 flight hours per year, primarily conducting domestic flights.
About the Role
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is entrusted with the ultimate responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 604. This pivotal role ensures adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and operational procedures. The PIC will meticulously manage all flight preparations, execute flights with precision, lead crew resource management, and provide exceptional passenger service. This position demands strong leadership, technical proficiency, and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Assume final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft on all assigned flights.

Ensure strict compliance with all FAA regulations, company flight operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, performance calculations, routing, and fuel planning.

Maintain a high standard of crew coordination and communication throughout all flight phases.

Deliver superior customer service, prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS), identifying and mitigating risks.

Mentor and guide First Officers and other flight crew members, fostering professional growth.

Complete all required post-flight documentation accurately and promptly.

Ensure all flight operations comply with FAA regulations and maintain currency of required certifications.
Requirements

Minimum 5000 total flight hours.

2500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).

2500 hours multi-engine land, with 1500 hours as multi-engine PIC.

2000 hours in turbine aircraft.

500 hours instrument time.
Qualifications

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with multi-engine land rating.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit (preferred).

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and safety management systems.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Previous experience in Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
