About the Role

Jet Aviation seeks a highly experienced Captain to command a Challenger 604 aircraft based in Ewing Township, New Jersey. This onsite position within Flight Services is for an experienced professional responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, leadership of the flight crew, and the delivery of exceptional service to discerning clientele. The role requires adaptability to changing conditions and adherence to the highest standards of safety and professionalism, representing Jet Aviation as a trusted brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time
  • 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command
  • 1,500 hours Multi-Engine
  • 500 hours Turbo-Jet
  • 500 hours Turbine
  • 100 hours Night
  • 75 hours Simulated Instrument
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a variable schedule
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
  • Appropriate Aircraft type rating and currency

Responsibilities

  • Command all assigned flights, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems for precise operation and flight plan management.
  • Adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
  • Perform duties as the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as applicable.
  • Conduct passenger safety briefings or assign this duty to the second in command.
  • Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold the company's commitment to a secure environment.
  • Record and report all aircraft discrepancies.
  • Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork.
  • Represent Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to exceptional service.
