Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety as the foremost operational requirement.
  • Operate the Embraer Legacy 600 in strict compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.
  • Execute assigned duties in accordance with all Company policies and manuals.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning and preparation of flight plans.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers.
  • Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
  • Adhere to all company uniform and professional appearance standards.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by station leadership and Company management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a pilot.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and leadership.
  • Ability to function effectively as a team player within a growing organization.

As a full-time employee, you are eligible for the following:

  • Insurance: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, alongside short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following the hire date).
  • 401(k) Savings Plan: Eligibility begins the first day of the month following the hire date, with a company matching contribution of up to 6% of eligible compensation.
  • Paid Sick Leave: Accrual of up to 56 hours per year, with rollovers permitted until a bank of 480 hours is reached.
  • Vacation: Vested vacation hours granted on January 1st following the hire date.
  • Travel Privileges: Non-Revenue/Space Available (NRSA) travel on Contour Airlines upon hire, with access to MyID Travel after 6 months of service.
  • Leaves of Absence: Coverage for medical leave, non-medical family care, maternity/paternity leave, and personal leave.
