Position Summary: Citation XL/XLS Captain
The Flight Operations Department is seeking an experienced, professional Captain to join the Citation XL/XLS fleet. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to safe and reliable operations, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective.

Operate aircraft in full compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.

Execute all assigned duties in accordance with company policies and manuals.

Conduct comprehensive preflight planning and flight plan preparation.

Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers.

Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness to ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Adhere to all uniform and professional appearance standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership and company management.

Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel on Contour Airlines upon hire, with access to MyID Travel after six months of service.
