Captain - Citation XL/XLS Fleet

Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Citation XL/XLS fleet. The ideal candidate exemplifies leadership, prioritizes safety above all operational goals, and consistently demonstrates a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize safety as the primary operational objective.
Operate aircraft in full compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations.
Execute all assigned duties in accordance with established Company policies and manuals.
Conduct thorough preflight planning and flight plan preparation.
Deliver superior customer service to all passengers.
Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
Adhere to all uniform and professional appearance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by station leadership or Company management.
