Global 6000 and Global Express Captain – Solairus Aviation

Solairus Aviation, a leading private aviation services company based in California's Wine Country, seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Captain to join its operations at KBUR airport. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member, consistently demonstrating excellence in all aspects of their performance. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Global 6000 and Global Express aircraft. This includes:

Conducting all flights in accordance with established safety protocols and regulations, including, but not limited to:

Thorough pre-flight inspections as outlined in the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
Comprehensive review of weather conditions, route planning, and airport facilities, including designated alternates.
Adherence to Solairus Aviation's policies and procedures, as well as all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members.
Meticulous completion of all required trip documentation.
Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.

Qualifications:

Total flight time: 3000 hours
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
Multi-engine land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
Multi-engine land PIC time: 500 hours
Turbojet time: 500 hours
Instrument time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications:

Type rating on Bombardier BD-700 or comparable aircraft.
Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
Availability for on-call assignments.
Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KBUR, or willingness to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits:

Solairus Aviation offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 annually, commensurate with experience, geographic location, aircraft type, job duties, training, and account assignment.
