This position requires a pilot with a minimum of 3000 hours total flight time, including 1500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 1500 hours in multi-engine land (MEL) aircraft. A minimum of 500 hours MEL PIC time and 500 hours in turbojet aircraft are also required, along with 250 hours of instrument time.
The ideal candidate must hold a type rating on a Global 6500 or comparable aircraft, possess a first-class medical certificate, and be available for on-call assignments. The applicant must also be able to complete ICAO international procedures training on an annual basis. The primary residence of the candidate must be within a two-hour drive from KOPF (Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport), or they must be willing to relocate.
