Executive / Senior Executive, Cabin Crew Manpower Planning
The Singapore Airlines Group's Flight Operations Division seeks a dedicated Executive or Senior Executive to join the Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department. This vital role focuses on ensuring the efficient and strategic management of cabin crew manpower.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast cabin crew manpower requirements by collaborating with Rostering, Training, Service Development, Standards, and Talent Management departments. This forecasting will be data-driven and align with the Budget Operating Plan and seasonal selling plans.
- Develop and implement scenario planning using predictive models to support informed management decision-making.
- Regularly update and review crewing situations and productivity indicators.
- Generate comprehensive status reports and provide actionable recommendations for crewing measures.
- Determine cabin crew recruitment, promotion, and training targets to meet evolving operational demands.
- Plan annual leave allocations for cabin crew.
- Analyze the impact of proposals put forth by the Company and the Union.
- Collaborate with vendors and relevant stakeholders on the testing and enhancement of the Manpower Planning System to refine cabin crew requirement forecasts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required.
- Proven professional experience is necessary.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a prerequisite.
