Job Description

As a Cabin Crew member, referred to as a Scootee, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flights. Scootees act as brand ambassadors, working collaboratively to provide exceptional service with a vibrant and fun approach. This role requires up-to-date knowledge of duties and a positive "Scootitude" mindset to curate enjoyable travel experiences.

The role involves a comprehensive 2-month training program covering essential skills such as safety emergency drills, door operation, fire fighting, first aid, grooming, passenger handling, and inflight sales procedures. The Part-Time Scheme is designed with varying roster patterns to empower cabin crew to achieve work-life balance. Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.
Height requirements:

Female: 158cm OR minimum 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
Male: 165cm OR minimum 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Minimum educational qualifications:

3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English), OR
5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), OR
3 SPM subject passes including English with a Grade C and above.

Medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
Belief in delivering exceptional service.
Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.
No visible tattoos, as per grooming policy.
Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. These steps must be completed within one month of the application date. Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date. Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
