Associate Cabin Crew Rostering
The Flight Operations Division is currently seeking an Associate Cabin Crew Rostering professional to join the department. This desk-based operational role focuses on the strategic planning and management of cabin crew schedules, ensuring that all flight operations are staffed in strict accordance with safety, service, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and timely publication of cabin crew rosters, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, service standards, and established work rules.

Support the pre-assignment of crew duties, flights, and training requirements, performing validation checks to ensure accuracy prior to roster publication.

Maintain adequate crewing levels for all flights to satisfy safety and service mandates while ensuring compliance with welfare and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate the allocation of cabin crew annual leave and manage leave requests while monitoring staffing levels.

Provide support in investigating and resolving crew queries regarding rostering and leave matters.

Contribute to system testing initiatives, including crew roster optimizers and tracking systems, and provide feedback on performance.

Execute additional duties as assigned by department leadership.
Requirements

Possession of a diploma qualification, preferably with an IT or systems-related background or experience.

Knowledge of crew rostering procedures and processes. Proficiency in Crew Manager (CM) and SAP is considered an advantage.

Demonstrated capability as a team player with high motivation and a positive attitude.
