The Cabin Crew, known as Scootees, are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout flights. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador for Scoot, working collaboratively to provide outstanding service with a vibrant and fun approach. Scootees are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of their duties and embody the Scootitude mindset to create enjoyable travel experiences for passengers.
The position is based in Singapore and offers a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks for nominated family or friends, and a completion bonus at the end of a two-year contract.
Upon joining, candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program covering essential areas including safety and emergency drills, door operation, fire fighting, first aid, grooming, Scootitude, passenger handling, and inflight sales procedures.
