About the Role

As a Scoot Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a "Scootee," individuals are instrumental in delivering Scoot's distinctive brand of fun and engaging travel experiences. The primary focus is on ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout their journey. Scootees are ambassadors of Scoot's warm, diverse, and inclusive culture, working collaboratively to create memorable flights.

Training and Development

Upon joining, successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program designed to prepare them for the role. Training modules include:

Safety and emergency drills
Door operation procedures
Fire fighting techniques
First aid essentials
Grooming standards
Scootitude and passenger engagement
Passenger handling
In-flight sales procedures

Compensation and Benefits

The Part-Time Cabin Crew scheme offers a competitive monthly gross salary. Additionally, crew members enjoy unlimited staff travel benefits for themselves and nominated family or friends, facilitating personal travel aspirations. A completion bonus is also provided at the end of the two-year contract period. Candidates can choose from three fixed roster patterns to further enhance work-life balance.

Eligibility and Requirements

Minimum Age:

Must be 18 years of age or above to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.

Physical Requirements for Safety and Emergency Procedures:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm, OR a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach a line of 210cm.
Male: Minimum height of 165cm, OR a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach a line of 210cm.

Educational Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English); OR
5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English); OR
3 SPM subject passes certification (including English) with a Grade C and above.

Medical Fitness:

Must be medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew member.

Personal Attributes:

Demonstrated belief in delivering exceptional service.
Strong team spirit and ability to function as an ultimate team player.
Quick adaptability to manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.

Grooming Policy:

Candidates must maintain a professional appearance at all times. Visible tattoos are not permitted.

Citizenship:

This Part-Time Scheme is exclusively open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.

Other Considerations:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of application.
Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
Engaging in other full-time or part-time employment is not permitted upon commencement of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
