Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements for cabin crew.

Ability to meet specific physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures onboard:

Female candidates must have a height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with an arm reach of 210cm.

Male candidates must have a height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with an arm reach of 210cm.

Medically fit to perform the demanding duties associated with a Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant role.

Possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, embodying team spirit, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.

Ability to adapt quickly to manage diverse situations onboard while consistently prioritising passenger safety.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered due to grooming policy.

Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Successful applicants must not engage in any other full-time or part-time employment upon the commencement of Scoot's Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ Level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English) with a Grade C or above.
