Role Overview
As a member of the cabin crew (Scootee), your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey. You will act as a brand ambassador, working collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional service with a vibrant and professional attitude. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of all safety protocols and service procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Minimum age of 18 years.

Educational qualifications: Minimum of 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English), or 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English with Grade C and above).

Medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.

Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Must maintain a professional appearance at all times; visible tattoos are not permitted.

Possess strong team spirit and the ability to adapt quickly to onboard situations.

Employment Terms

Candidates must be able to complete online assessments and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of application.

Employment must commence within two months of the Assessment Centre date.

This is a Part-Time Scheme; candidates must not engage in any other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement.

Rosters are structured via three fixed patterns.
