Cabin Crew Rostering Assistant
The Flight Operations Division is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Cabin Crew Rostering department. This desk-based operations role focuses on the efficient planning and management of cabin crew schedules, ensuring that all flights are adequately staffed in alignment with safety, service, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the timely planning and publication of cabin crew rosters in accordance with regulatory requirements, service standards, and established work rules.

Manage the pre-assignment of crew duties, flights, and training, performing validation checks to ensure accuracy prior to publication.

Monitor crewing levels to ensure all flights meet safety and service requirements while strictly adhering to regulatory and welfare guidelines.

Coordinate the allocation of cabin crew annual leave and respond to leave requests while maintaining optimal staffing levels.

Address and resolve cabin crew queries regarding rostering and leave matters.

Participate in system testing activities for crew roster optimizers and tracking systems, providing detailed feedback on performance.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

Possess a diploma qualification, preferably with an IT or systems-related background.

Experience or knowledge of crew rostering procedures is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Crew Manager (CM) and SAP software is considered an advantage.
