About the Role

The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Safety, Security, Quality and Health (SSQH) Department within the SIA Cabin Crew Division. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of Cabin Crew Accident Reports (CCARs).
  • Filing of iReports with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for reportable accident cases.
  • Following up with MOM on assessments, objections, and other relevant requirements.
  • Timely processing of monthly CCARs to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinating inflight accident reports and investigation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Timely issuance of special passenger handling, audit, or flight operations-related memos to operating crew for pre-flight briefing.
  • Participating in cross-divisional functions and safety campaigns.
  • Brainstorming initiatives to enhance workplace safety and well-being for SIA Cabin Crew.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in an administrative role and digital savviness.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) procedures will be advantageous.
