About the Role

The SIA Cabin Crew Division is seeking a dedicated Cabin Crew Safety, Security, Quality, and Health (SSQH) Officer to join its esteemed SSQH Department. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, quality, and health for our cabin crew operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of Cabin Crew Accident Reports (CCARs).
  • Filing of iReports with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for reportable accident cases.
  • Managing follow-ups with MOM regarding assessments, objections, and other pertinent requirements.
  • Ensuring timely processing of monthly CCARs for accurate reporting.
  • Coordinating inflight accident reports and investigation efforts with relevant stakeholders.
  • Issuing timely special passenger handling, audit, and flight operations-related memos to operating crew for pre-flight preparation.
  • Participating in cross-divisional functions and safety campaigns.
  • Brainstorming and developing initiatives to enhance workplace safety and well-being for SIA Cabin Crew.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in an administrative role and digital proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) procedures is advantageous.
