Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service with a fun and vibrant approach.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to curate enjoyable travel experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of duties and embody the Scootitude mindset.

Training

A comprehensive 2-month training program will be provided, covering:

  • Safety emergency drills
  • Door operation
  • Fire fighting
  • First aid
  • Grooming
  • Scootitude
  • Passenger handling
  • Inflight sales procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
    • Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
  • Minimum educational qualifications:
    • 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English)
    • OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English)
    • OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English with a Grade C and above)
  • Medically fit for the role of a cabin crew.
  • Demonstrated belief in delivering exceptional service.
  • Embodiment of team spirit and excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.
  • Professional appearance at all times, adhering to grooming policies. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
  • Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the scheme.

Additional Information

  • This is a part-time scheme with varying roster patterns designed for work-life balance.
  • Successful candidates will receive a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks for nominated family or friends, and a completion bonus at the end of the two-year contract.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of the application date.
  • Successful applicants must be able to commence employment within two months from the date of the Assessment Centre.
