Incentives:
Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) are eligible for a S$4,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to a contract renewal bonus and yearly performance bonuses.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Height and Reach Requirements:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Educational Qualifications:

3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English); OR
-
5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English); OR

3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C or above in English.

Flexibility to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Medically fit to perform all cabin crew duties.

Strong adaptability to manage in-flight situations while maintaining passenger safety.

Must adhere to company grooming policies: a professional appearance is required at all times, and visible tattoos are not permitted.
Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of their application date.

Successful candidates are required to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
