Position Summary: Cabin Crew (Scootee)

Scoot is seeking passionate individuals to join the team as Cabin Crew, affectionately known as Scootees. Scootees are responsible for delivering unique, high-quality passenger experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service and a positive, vibrant cabin atmosphere.
  • Execute professional duties by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation procedures and adopting a service-oriented mindset.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to meet Singapore legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Physical Height and Reach Requirements:
    • Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English); OR
    • 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English); OR
    • 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C or above in English.
  • Flexibility to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be medically fit to perform the functions of a cabin crew member.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
  • Must adhere to company grooming policies; visible tattoos are not permitted.

Application Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of their application.
  • Successful candidates are required to commence employment within two months of their Assessment Centre date.
