Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Scoot Cabin Crew member include:
- Ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Scoot, consistently delivering exceptional, vibrant, and customer-focused service as part of a cohesive team.

Qualifications and Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following criteria:
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age to adhere to Singapore's legal and regulatory aviation requirements.
- Meet the minimum height requirement of 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males, essential for performing onboard safety and emergency procedures.
- Possess one of the following minimum academic qualifications:
- Three GCE ‘O’ Level subject passes, including English; OR
- Five GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ Level subject passes, including English; OR
- Three SPM subject passes with a minimum Grade C in English.
- Demonstrate availability and flexibility to work on a rostered schedule, which includes weekends and public holidays.
- Be certified medically fit to perform all duties associated with the role of a Cabin Crew member.
- Exhibit strong adaptability and quick decision-making skills to effectively manage various onboard situations while upholding passenger safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to Scoot's grooming policy, which mandates a professional appearance at all times. Visible tattoos are not permitted for this position.
Application Process
Scoot welcomes applications from both recent graduates and experienced professionals from any industry who possess the drive and qualities required for this role. The application process involves:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and subsequently attend an Assessment Centre, both to be completed within one month of the application date.
- Successful candidates are required to commence employment within two months from the date of their Assessment Centre.
