Job Title: Cabin Crew (Part-Time Scheme)

Position Summary

Scoot is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as part-time Cabin Crew. This role is designed to offer flexibility for parents, students, and professionals seeking a career that accommodates personal commitments through various roster patterns. As a Scootee, successful candidates will contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on every flight.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duty of a Cabin Crew member is to maintain the safety and well-being of passengers throughout flight operations. As a brand ambassador, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service, providing a unique and enjoyable travel experience. You are expected to demonstrate a professional "Scootitude" mindset and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all safety and service procedures.

Training Program

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program covering:

  • Safety and emergency drills
  • Door operation
  • Fire fighting
  • First aid
  • Grooming standards
  • Scootitude culture
  • Passenger handling
  • Inflight sales procedures

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum educational qualifications: 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English), or 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English with Grade C or above).
  • Height Requirements:
    • Female: Minimum 158cm, or minimum 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum 165cm, or minimum 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
  • Medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
  • Ability to work as a team player with a dedication to service excellence.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage onboard situations while prioritizing safety.
  • Professional appearance; visible tattoos are not permitted.
  • Must not be engaged in any other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of the application date. Successful applicants must be prepared to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre. This role offers a choice of three fixed roster patterns.
