Flight Attendant - Singapore
Luxaviation, a leader in business aviation services, is seeking a qualified Flight Attendant to join our operations based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, operational, and service standards in accordance with Luxaviation manuals, policies, and procedures while delivering a 5-star experience to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities

Assist pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.

Ensure safety standards are maintained within the passenger cabin, galley, and all relevant on-board areas at all times.

Uphold the safety and comfort of passengers in alignment with Luxaviation policies and procedures.

Execute and coordinate cabin safety and emergency procedures, ensuring the flight deck crew is informed of any irregularities or malfunctions.

Complete all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in a timely manner.

Maintain high presentation standards for the aircraft cabin, galley, and bathrooms.

Deliver silver service catering according to approved policies and specific passenger requirements.

Complete all operational documentation in compliance with company procedures.

Maintain aircraft and passenger equipment and stock.

Ensure the validity of all personal documentation, including passports, visas, licenses, medical records, crew IDs, and vaccinations.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or requested by guests.

Adhere to working hours as specified by Flight and Duty guidelines.
Key Selection Criteria

5–7 years of demonstrated experience as a Flight Attendant in commercial First or Business Class.

Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred.

Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Demonstrated knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol.

Exceptional grooming and professional presentation consistent with Luxaviation standards.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.

Adaptability and willingness to work flexible, long hours, including lengthy periods away from home.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.

Proactive, safety-focused mindset.

Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
