Job Overview

Luxaviation is currently seeking a suitably qualified Flight Attendant to join our operations based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, operational, and service standards as defined by Luxaviation manuals, policies, and procedures, while delivering a 5-star experience to all passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of all flights.
  • Maintain safety standards within the passenger cabin, galley, and all relevant on-board areas at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in accordance with company policies.
  • Execute and coordinate all cabin safety and emergency procedures, informing the flight deck crew of any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Complete all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high presentation standards for the aircraft cabin, galley, and bathrooms.
  • Deliver silver service catering in accordance with approved policies and passenger requirements.
  • Complete all required operational documentation accurately.
  • Maintain aircraft and passenger equipment and stock.
  • Ensure the validity of personal documentation, including passports, visas, licenses, medical certificates, crew IDs, and vaccinations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or as requested by guests.

Note: Working hours are conducted in accordance with Flight and Duty guidelines.

Key Selection Criteria

  • 5–7 years of demonstrated experience as a Flight Attendant in commercial First or Business Class.
  • Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of VIP etiquette and protocol.
  • Exceptional grooming and professional presentation consistent with Luxaviation standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to function effectively both as a team player and independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work flexible, long hours, including lengthy periods away from home.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Proactive, safety-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
