Key Responsibilities
As a Scootee, your primary duty is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. You will work within a diverse and inclusive team to deliver exceptional service, applying a 'Scootitude' mindset to provide a vibrant and enjoyable onboard experience. Responsibilities include safety management, passenger handling, and service delivery.
Training Programme
Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory two-month, full-time training programme. The curriculum includes:

Passenger handling and Inflight sales procedures
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Height requirements for safety and emergency procedures:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Academic qualifications: Minimum 3 GCE 'O' level passes (including English), 5 GCE 'N(A)'/'N(T)' level passes (including English), or 3 SPM subject passes (including English, Grade C and above).

Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.

Ability to embody team spirit and adapt quickly to onboard situations.

Professional appearance; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.

Citizenship: Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Application and Employment Conditions

Shortlisted candidates are required to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of application.

Successful applicants must be able to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.

Candidates must not hold other full-time or part-time employment during the tenure of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
