Executive Cabin Crew Learning and Development
Singapore Airlines is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team as an Executive for Cabin Crew Learning and Development. The successful candidate will ensure that cabin crew training is holistic and maintains high standards, aligning the workforce with the organization's mission, corporate objectives, and core values. Key Responsibilities

Manage training grants, audit requirements, and risk assessment activities to ensure organizational and regulatory compliance.

Administer and enhance digital platforms and systems to ensure they remain user-friendly, effective, and aligned with operational requirements.

Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning, and multimedia content to support staff development and optimize learning experiences.

Conduct interviews, evaluations, and data analysis to assess program effectiveness, identify emerging trends, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Support departmental planning and operations by coordinating activities, managing administrative tasks, and balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through committees and taskforces to drive organizational projects.

Spearhead process improvements and digitalization initiatives by implementing automation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing technology in daily operations.
Requirements

Possess a university Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning and the use of tools such as JIRA.

Proven experience in product management, including requirements gathering, user needs analysis, and quality assurance testing.

Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Prior experience in administrative, training coordination, or operations support functions.

Experience working with multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Ability to manage projects independently with a resourceful and adaptable approach.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient with numbers.

Experience in e-learning development using Articulate 360 and familiarity with AI technologies is considered an advantage.

Relevant training and adult learning certifications (e.g., ACTA, ACLP, or DACE) are an advantage.

Proven ability to manage enrollment processes, scheduling, and training logistics is preferred.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools (e.g., system testing, content development) is an advantage.

Experience operating in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment while engaging multiple stakeholders is beneficial.
