Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Cabin Crew Business Technology
Job Description
This role operates within the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department of the SIA Cabin Crew Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning Cabin Crew products to enhance cabin crew operations, in alignment with the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and strategic business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for Cabin Crew Operations Products, ensuring alignment with the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and business priorities.
Requirements Gathering and Backlog Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map current workflows, identify pain points, control gaps, and automation opportunities to simplify, digitize, and improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized, transparent backlog.
Testing and Validation
- Define test strategy, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and entry/exit criteria; manage defect triage to closure and ensure regression coverage.
- Validate that delivered functionality meets documented requirements, quality, and compliance standards.
Data, Analytics, and Reporting
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Delivery and Change Management
- Lead Agile ceremonies, UAT, release readiness, and change notes; ensure business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated.
Continuous Improvement
- Collect user feedback, conduct experiments, A/B tests, and post-incident reviews to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation, process optimization, or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Knowledge or experience in Agile Methodology, data digital platforms and ecosystems, application development, and Tableau would be advantageous.
- Expertise in project management with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous, analytical, systematic, and logical approach to problem definition and solving.
- A self-starter, results-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
