About the Role
Scoot Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering unique and enjoyable travel experiences. This role involves acting as brand ambassadors, working collaboratively to provide exceptional service, and maintaining a positive attitude. Successful candidates will curate memorable journeys by combining in-depth knowledge of duties with a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities

- Curate enjoyable travel experiences through up-to-date knowledge and a proactive mindset.
- Adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
Candidate Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew member.
- Ability to work a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Adherence to a strict grooming policy, requiring a professional appearance at all times. Candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted.
Safety and Emergency Procedures:
- Female Candidates: Minimum height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over a line of 210cm.
- Male Candidates: Minimum height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over a line of 210cm.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English); OR
- Minimum of 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English); OR
- Minimum of 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.
Additional Information
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. Successful candidates must commence employment within two months from the date of the Assessment Centre.
