Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all flights.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore legal and regulatory requirements.

Physical criteria for safety and emergency procedures:

Female: Height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with an arm reach of 210cm.

Male: Height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with an arm reach of 210cm.

Educational Qualifications:

3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English); OR
-
5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English); OR
-
3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.

Ability to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Must be medically fit to perform cabin crew duties.

Ability to adapt quickly to onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.

Candidates must adhere to the company grooming policy; visible tattoos are not permitted.

Application Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. The online assessment must be completed within one month of the application date. Successful candidates must be prepared to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre date.
