Scoot is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew members, operating flights to over 70 destinations from their base in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional passenger service, ensure safety, and embody the vibrant Scoot culture.
About the Role
As Cabin Crew, also affectionately known as Scootees, successful candidates will be responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flights. This position involves acting as brand ambassadors, delivering unique and enjoyable Scoot experiences, and working collaboratively to ensure passenger satisfaction. The role demands up-to-date knowledge of duties and a positive "Scootitude" mindset to curate memorable travel experiences.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to comply with legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Ability to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard.

Specific height requirements:

Female: 158cm or a minimum of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Male: 165cm or a minimum of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Minimum educational qualifications:

3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English); OR

5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English); OR

3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.

Availability to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.

Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.

Adherence to grooming policy, requiring a professional appearance at all times. Candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted.
