Job Title: Cabin Crew (Part-Time Scheme)

Summary

Scoot invites candidates to join as Cabin Crew under a flexible Part-Time Scheme, designed to balance professional aviation responsibilities with personal commitments. Role Overview

As a Scootee, the primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey. Cabin Crew act as brand ambassadors, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional, fun, and unique service experiences. This position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safety protocols and embodying the Scootitude mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of passenger safety and emergency response procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional inflight service to curate enjoyable travel experiences.
  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive, and professional team environment.
  • Adapt quickly to varying situations on board to manage safety and service requirements.

Training Program

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive two-month training program covering the following modules:

  • Safety emergency drills and door operation
  • Fire fighting and First aid
  • Grooming standards
  • Scootitude culture and values
  • Passenger handling and inflight sales procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Educational qualifications: Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English), OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’/‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English with Grade C or above).
  • Height requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
    • Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or minimum 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or minimum 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.
  • Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
  • Must adhere to company grooming policies; visible tattoos are not permitted.
  • Demonstrable commitment to team spirit and exceptional customer service.

Application & Terms

  • Shortlisted candidates must complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre within one month of the application date.
  • Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of the Assessment Centre.
  • Candidates must not hold other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the contract.
  • The position includes a two-year contract with a completion bonus.
  • The scheme offers three fixed roster patterns.
