Join the Cabin Crew Safety, Security, Quality, and Health (SSQH) Department within the SIA Cabin Crew Division.
Key Responsibilities

Process Cabin Crew Accident Reports (CCARs).

File iReports with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for reportable accident cases.

Manage follow-ups with MOM regarding assessments, objections, and other relevant requirements.

Ensure timely processing of monthly CCARs for accurate reporting.

Coordinate inflight accident reports and investigation efforts with relevant stakeholders.

Issue timely memos to operating crew regarding special passenger handling, audits, or flight operations for pre-flight preparation.

Participate in cross-divisional functions and safety campaigns.

Contribute to brainstorming initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety and well-being for SIA Cabin Crew.
Requirements

Possession of a Diploma in any field.

Experience in an administrative role and proficiency with digital tools.

Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
-
Knowledge of WICA procedures is considered an advantage.
