As a Scootee, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive community based in Singapore. Successful candidates will receive a competitive monthly gross salary, staff travel perks, and a completion bonus upon the successful conclusion of the two-year contract.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight.

Training Program
Selected candidates will undergo a two-month intensive training program covering the following areas:

Safety and emergency drills

Door operation

Firefighting
-
First aid
-
Grooming standards

Scootitude (Brand mindset)

Passenger handling
-
In-flight sales procedures
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Must be a Singaporean citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident.

Minimum qualification: 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE 'N(A)'/'N(T)' level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes (Grade C and above, including English).

Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.

Height requirements:

Female: Minimum 158cm OR minimum 156cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Male: Minimum 165cm OR minimum 162cm with the ability to reach 210cm.

Commitment to delivering exceptional service and demonstrating strong team spirit.

Ability to adapt quickly to onboard situations while maintaining safety standards.

Must adhere to company grooming policies; visible tattoos are not permitted.

Must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the scheme.
Application Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. These steps must be completed within one month of the application date. Successful applicants must be available to commence employment within two months of attending the Assessment Centre.
