About the Role

As a Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a Scootee, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. Based in Singapore, this role provides a gateway to exploring new destinations and experiencing diverse cultures. The position is part of a two-year contract with a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks, and a completion bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Scoot, delivering exceptional service with a fun and vibrant approach.
  • Collaborate within a team to curate enjoyable travel experiences for passengers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of duties and embody the Scootitude mindset.

Training

A comprehensive 2-month training program is provided upon joining, covering essential topics such as:

  • Safety emergency drills
  • Door operation
  • Fire fighting
  • First aid
  • Grooming
  • Scootitude
  • Passenger handling
  • Inflight sales procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
    • Female: Minimum height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
  • Minimum educational qualifications: 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English) with a Grade C and above.
  • Medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew member.
  • A strong belief in delivering exceptional service.
  • Embodiment of team spirit and the ability to be an ultimate team player.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
  • Professional appearance at all times, adhering to grooming policies. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Application Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre, both to be completed within one month of the application date.
  • Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of their Assessment Centre date.
  • Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
