About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, affectionately known as a Scootee, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. Based in Singapore, this role provides a gateway to exploring new destinations and experiencing diverse cultures. The position is part of a two-year contract with a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks, and a completion bonus.
Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

Act as a brand ambassador for Scoot, delivering exceptional service with a fun and vibrant approach.

Collaborate within a team to curate enjoyable travel experiences for passengers.

Training
A comprehensive 2-month training program is provided upon joining, covering essential topics such as:

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:

Female: Minimum height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Male: Minimum height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.

Minimum educational qualifications: 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English) with a Grade C and above.

Medically fit to perform the duties of a Cabin Crew member.

A strong belief in delivering exceptional service.

Embodiment of team spirit and the ability to be an ultimate team player.

Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.

Professional appearance at all times, adhering to grooming policies. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.

Must be a Singaporean citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre, both to be completed within one month of the application date.

Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months of their Assessment Centre date.

Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
