Job Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, also known as a Scootee, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their flight. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service with a vibrant and fun approach. Your role involves working collaboratively within a team, demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of duties, and embodying the Scootitude mindset to create enjoyable travel experiences.
Training
Upon joining, all successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program. Topics covered include:
- Safety emergency drills
- Door operation
- Fire fighting
- First aid
- Grooming standards
- Scootitude principles
- Passenger handling techniques
- Inflight sales procedures
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew (Part-Time Scheme), candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singaporean legal and regulatory requirements.

Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
- Minimum educational qualifications: 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes (including English with a Grade C and above).
- Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong team spirit and ability to function effectively as a team player.
- Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while maintaining passenger safety.
- Adherence to the grooming policy, which requires a professional appearance at all times. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
- Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
- Successful candidates must not engage in any other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the scheme.
Application Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. These steps must be completed within one month from the application date. Successful applicants must be available to commence employment within two months from the date of the Assessment Centre.
