Cabin Crew (Part-Time Scheme)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout flights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service with a vibrant and fun touch.
  • Work collaboratively in a team to curate enjoyable travel experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of duties and embody the Scootitude mindset.

Training:

A comprehensive 2-month training program upon joining will cover the following:

  • Safety emergency drills
  • Door operation
  • Fire fighting
  • First aid
  • Grooming
  • Scootitude
  • Passenger handling
  • Inflight sales procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Physical requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
    • Female: Minimum height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
    • Male: Minimum height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
  • Minimum qualification: 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) OR 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English) OR 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.
  • Medically fit for the role of a cabin crew.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to manage situations onboard while prioritizing passenger safety.
  • Adherence to grooming policy: professional appearance at all times; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
  • Must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencement of the scheme.
