Scoot is seeking passionate individuals to join its Cabin Crew team as part of a Part-Time Scheme. This program is designed to offer flexibility, enabling Cabin Crew to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Ideal candidates are those seeking rewarding careers with work-life balance, including parents, students, career changers, and former cabin crew members.

As a Cabin Crew member, referred to as a Scootiee, the primary focus is on ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering Scoot's unique and enjoyable travel experiences. Based in Singapore, this role provides opportunities for travel and cultural exploration.

The position offers a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel benefits for nominated family or friends, and a completion bonus at the end of a two-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights.
Serving as a brand ambassador for Scoot.
Collaborating within a team to deliver exceptional service with a fun and vibrant approach.
Applying up-to-date knowledge of duties and embodying the Scootitude mindset to create positive passenger experiences.

Training Program

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 2-month training program covering the following areas:

Safety emergency drills
Door operation
Fire fighting
First aid
Grooming standards
Scootitude principles
Passenger handling procedures
Inflight sales procedures

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singaporean legal and regulatory requirements.
Physical criteria for carrying out safety and emergency procedures:
- Female: Minimum height of 158cm, or a minimum height of 156cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 165cm, or a minimum height of 162cm with the ability to reach over 210cm.
Minimum academic qualification:
- 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English), OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), OR
- 3 SPM subject passes certification (including English with a Grade C and above).
Medically fit to perform the duties of a cabin crew member.
Demonstrated belief in delivering exceptional service.
Strong team spirit and ability to function effectively as a team player.
Ability to adapt quickly to manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
Professional appearance is required at all times; candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered due to grooming policy.
Eligibility restricted to Singaporean citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents for this Part-Time Scheme.

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre.
These assessments must be completed within one month of the application date.
Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months from the Assessment Centre date.
Successful applicants must not engage in other full-time or part-time employment upon commencing the Scoot Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
