Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member with Scoot, the primary responsibility lies in safeguarding the well-being and ensuring the comfort of all passengers. Serving as a brand ambassador, the Cabin Crew works collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional service, injecting a vibrant and enjoyable element into every interaction. Comprehensive Training Programme

To ensure all Cabin Crew members are fully equipped for their role, a comprehensive two-month training programme is provided upon joining. This intensive training covers essential operational and service topics, including:

• Safety and emergency drills
• Door operation procedures
• Fire fighting techniques
• First aid administration
• Professional grooming standards
• The 'Scootitude' customer service philosophy
• Effective passenger handling
• Inflight sales procedures

Candidate Requirements

Scoot is seeking individuals who meet the following essential criteria:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory mandates.
• Must satisfy specific height requirements crucial for the execution of safety and emergency procedures onboard:
  • Female candidates: A minimum height of 158cm OR a minimum height of 156cm with the demonstrated ability to reach 210cm.
  • Male candidates: A minimum height of 165cm OR a minimum height of 162cm with the demonstrated ability to reach 210cm.
• Possesses a minimum academic qualification of:
  • 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes, including English; OR
  • 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes, including English; OR
  • 3 SPM subject passes, including English with a Grade C and above.
• Is certified medically fit to perform all duties associated with the role of a Cabin Crew member.
• Demonstrates a strong conviction in delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Embodies a strong team spirit and functions effectively as a collaborative team player.
• Exhibits quick adaptability to manage diverse inflight situations while consistently upholding passenger safety as the highest priority.
• Adheres strictly to the company's grooming policy, which necessitates a professional appearance at all times. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered for this position.

Application Process & Important Notes

• This Part-Time Cabin Crew Scheme is exclusively available to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. Both stages must be completed within one month from the application date.
• Successful candidates are expected to commence employment within two months from the date of their Assessment Centre.
• Upon the commencement of Scoot's Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme, successful applicants are prohibited from engaging in any other full-time or part-time employment.
