Remuneration & Benefits:
Scoot offers a competitive monthly gross salary package. Beyond remuneration, Cabin Crew members enjoy unlimited staff travel perks which can be extended to nominated family and friends, transforming personal travel dreams into reality. Furthermore, a completion bonus is awarded at the culmination of the two-year contract, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Comprehensive Training Programme:
To ensure all new Cabin Crew members are fully prepared for their role, a comprehensive two-month training programme is provided upon joining. This intensive training covers critical aspects of the role, including:
- Safety emergency drills
- Door operation procedures
- Fire fighting protocols
- First aid administration
- Professional grooming standards

Candidate Requirements:
Scoot is seeking individuals who meet the following criteria to join its esteemed Cabin Crew:
- A minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
- Specific height requirements for safety and emergency procedures:
- Female candidates: A minimum height of 158cm, OR a minimum height of 156cm with an arm reach of 210cm.
- Male candidates: A minimum height of 165cm, OR a minimum height of 162cm with an arm reach of 210cm.
- Minimum educational qualifications:
- 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English), OR
- 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T)' level subject passes (including English), OR
- 3 SPM subject passes (including English) with a Grade C or above.
- Medically fit to proficiently perform all duties associated with the Cabin Crew role.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated team spirit and a proactive approach as an ultimate team player.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and effectively manage onboard situations, always prioritizing passenger safety.
- Adherence to Scoot's grooming policy, which requires a professional appearance at all times. Candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered for this position.

- This Part-Time Scheme is exclusively open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment and attend an Assessment Centre. These stages must be completed within one month from the initial application date.
- Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within two months from the date of their Assessment Centre.
- Successful applicants are required not to engage in any other full-time or part-time employment upon the commencement of Scoot's Cabin Crew (Part-Time) Scheme.
